。Gua Sha 。
With the nurturing touch of 100% pure, natural functional oils and thoughtfully crafted tools, skin scraping is performed to gently release tension held within the connective tissues—fascia, muscles, and tendons. This practice not only eases physical stiffness, but also awakens the body’s inner healing wisdom, softly encouraging the immune system to restore balance and vitality from within.
What is Scrapping?
Gua Sha, an ancient healing art from traditional Chinese medicine, is one of the six renowned therapies known as "Bian." Passed down through generations as a beloved folk remedy, it is based on the understanding that external imbalances first touch the surface—our skin—before gradually moving deeper into the meridians and organs.
By working gently from the outside inward, Gua Sha strengthens the skin’s protective barrier while awakening the flow of energy through the meridians. In doing so, it nourishes and invigorates the internal organs, guiding the body back to its natural state of harmony and vitality.
Taiwan MGA
(Myofascial Guasha Anaylis)
The store owner’s first encounter with scientific Gua Sha came through Taiwan’s MGA. Having practiced Gua Sha since childhood, they were familiar with the technique but lacked a deeper understanding of its underlying principles and proper methods. It wasn’t until joining MGA’s online course that they truly unlocked the wonders of Gua Sha, experiencing its transformative effects firsthand through guided, hands-on practice.

What is it that makes me
so passionate about Gua Sha?
My passion for Gua Sha stems from its unique blend of physical healing and traditional wisdom. Gua Sha is known for its ability to quickly ease stress, release muscle tension, and stimulate the meridians—promoting healthy blood circulation and strengthening the immune system. These effects offer not only immediate relaxation but also noticeable improvements in daily life.

Through dedicated learning and scientific practice, I developed a deeper understanding of Gua Sha's principles, refining mine technique. What once began as a simple habit gradually transformed into a holistic healing method - seamlessly integrated into my lifestyle and bringing real, tangible changes to my body.
Yet I love for Gua Sha extends far beyond its physical benefits. At its heart lies something even more powerful: the emotional release it can gently unlock.
For years, I carried lingering physical discomfort, especially after a car accident in 2014 that left me with restricted movement in left shoulder blade and hip joint. Though the injuries seemed minor, the lasting stiffness and limitations quietly weighed on me.
One day, I perform Gua Sha with my partner on my upper back. When he reached the area around left shoulder blade, the sensation became unexpectedly intense—not just physically, but emotionally. Waves of sadness surfaced, accompanied by an overwhelming urge to cry. It wasn’t the physical pain itself, but a deeper emotional heaviness stored within my body. As I allowed myself to fully release those emotions, something remarkable happened—the pain in my shoulder disappeared instantly.
That moment revealed something profound: the body doesn’t only hold physical tension, but also unspoken emotions and unprocessed experiences. Left unattended, these emotional burdens can quietly affect our well-being and vitality.
Through Gua Sha, what I experienced not only relief in muscles, but also a deep emotional unburdening. It’s this personal, transformative experience that ignited my unwavering passion for Gua Sha—and why I continues to share and promote its healing potential with others.
What is German Aromapflege?
Another magical discovery the owner has embraced is the healing gift of nature—essential oils.
It is through the use of 100% pure, natural essential oils and nourishing carrier oils that the body’s self-healing abilities are gently awakened and supported.
(For more information about the German aromatherapy system, please click the link below.)
n our Gua Sha system, we choose only 100% pure, natural plant oils and essential oils, avoiding the use of mineral oils entirely.
Natural plant oils have a unique ability to move freely through cell membranes. When combined with the gentle scraping technique, the osmotic pressure created encourages the oils to travel deep into the spaces between cells. This process works in harmony with the body, using the fat-soluble nature of toxins to assist in their release.
It’s not uncommon—especially for those experiencing chronic edema—to notice that the oil scraped out may appear grayish-black or become quite thick, a visible sign of the body’s cleansing and detoxification process.

What is the Benefit of GuaSha
During the Gua Sha process, blood circulation can increase up to four times its normal flow rate. By stimulating the connective tissues, Gua Sha activates the immune system and encourages the body’s natural repair and renewal mechanisms.
You may find Gua Sha particularly beneficial if you experience any of the following:
-
Chronic fatigue or tightness in fascia and muscles due to prolonged physical activity
• Persistent old injuries
• Difficulty regulating sweating
• Frequent headaches or neck and shoulder tension
• Poor detoxification or chronic water retention
• Ongoing fatigue, low energy levels, or disrupted sleep
• Suboptimal or “sub-health” conditions—when you don't feel your best, but no clear diagnosis is present
If any of these resonate with you, Gua Sha offers a gentle yet powerful way to support your body’s healing process and restore balance.

Self care after scrapping treatment
Gua Sha is just a process to stimulate the body's vitality. Ongoing care afterward is very important. Here are some post-Gua Sha care tips and daily maintenance:
-
You can take a shower 10 minutes after Gua Sha (use hot water, avoiding cold water).
-
Daily heat therapy and massage help improve circulation and prevent the accumulation of Sha (stagnation).
(Heat therapy suggestions: take a warm bath, soak, or use a sauna)
(Massage suggestion: while bathing, use firm circular motions on areas with Sha). -
Keep your body warm, avoiding exposure of the head, neck, and abdomen.
-
Drink plenty of water to aid detoxification.
-
It’s common to feel exhausted after the treatment, so avoid long drives or intense exercise on the same day.
-
Light exercise can be maintained to keep circulation flowing.
-
The resolution of Sha typically takes 2-7 days; if it persists longer, pay attention to your body’s routines and circulation.
